Key role in global expansion phase.

Mavatar, a pioneer in AI- and data-driven precision medicine, is accelerating its momentum following last week’s early commercial launch of the research platform Mavatar Discovery. The company has appointed Ulrika Nyberg as Head of Strategic Partnerships, with a mandate to drive strategic collaborations as Mavatar enters its next growth phase. This recruitment marks the beginning of a broader expansion in the Nordics and a strengthened international presence.

Ulrika Nyberg is a well-known figure in the Nordic Life Science community. She brings over 20 years of experience from senior roles in industry media, as well as extensive work in communications and policy within both medtech and the pharmaceutical industry. With her unique combination of strategic networking skills and deep industry expertise, she is expected to play a central role in Mavatar’s continued establishment on the global market.

I have a constant drive and curiosity for next-generation tech solutions, which makes it especially exciting to be part of Mavatar’s journey. I look forward to contributing to the acceleration of AI adoption in precision medicine, both in the Nordics and globally. It feels both meaningful and inspiring,” says Ulrika Nyberg.

Mavatar CEO Johan Juhlin comments:
We are very pleased to welcome Ulrika to Mavatar. Her extensive experience and broad network within Life Science make her a key part of our efforts to build strong partnerships and to further establish Mavatar in both the Nordic and global markets.”

Ulrika Nyberg will assume her role on October 1.
